- In an effort to keep our communities safe, all applicants must undergo a full background check including credit history, credit score, rental history, and criminal background check. To meet income requirements, your gross income must be 2.5 times the base rent. You will be asked to verify your income by uploading recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or 3 months of recent bank statements. Our units are in high demand, so we recommend starting your application as soon as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to the community!

- Yes, Village Highlands has central A/C & heating in the units.
- Yes, Village Highlands has a resort-style pool.
- Parking is first come first serve for residents. All vehicles must be registered with the office for overnight parking.
- Rent is always due on the 1st of the month and made payable to Village Highlands.
- Village Highlands is pet-friendly! Dogs and cats are allowed (Breed restrictions apply). Fee, Pet Rent & Pet Limit: Check with the leasing office for details.
- Village Highlands walk score is 40.
- Village Highlands is located in the Fulton County School District. This includes Hamilton E. Holmes Elementary School, Paul D. West Middle School, Tri-Cities High School, Atlanta Metropolitan State College, Atlanta Technical College and Morehouse School of Medicine.
